1. Register below if you will be between 9-36 weeks gestation BY November 3, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirmation with directions from Tonya Mock.
3. Request a permission letter from your OB care office stating you can participate in an additional ultrasound for educational purposes. Email a photo of the letter to [email protected]
4. On the event day, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. You may bring one person with you and a phone or camera as some machines do not give printouts.
